Form of Payment History
1. Remove "FOP" from dropdown menu.
2. Select "Device", then "FOP".

Shows the amount of Lockers sold on any given date.
Find History of a Locker
Shows information for any specific locker on any given date.
Find Account By Locker Number
Select "Locker Number" from dropdown menu.
Available Lockers and Area
1. Remove "Device" from dropdown menu,
2. Select "Zone", then "Locker Size".

Add/Deactivate wristband with Account
1. Enter number on the wristband in the "Card" section, hit "Enter".
2. To add a new wristband, select "Issue New Card".
3. Then enter the new wristband number in the "VID" section, then hit "Submit".

To Deactivate one of the wristbands to a locker that was lost, you will need to have all of the wristbands to the locker except the one that is lost/stolen.
1. After you entered the "Card" number and hit "Enter".
2. Select "Locker Rights", you will then see a list on the right side listing account numbers that start with 00000 , each account is linked to one wristband.
3. Once you click on a account number, you then select "Ids" and look at the number to the right of "Visual ID" and see if it matches any of the present wristbands the guest have.
4. If it does not match, that is the wristband that was lost/stolen, you will have to go through each account number from the "Locker Rights" tab until you find the lost/stolen wristband.
5. Once you find the account that has the lost/stolen wristband, you select "Stop/Exchange", select a reason from the list, and if the guest would like a new wristband, get a inactive wristband, and enter the number from the wristband in the "VID" section, and hit and hit "Submit"
